…want to feel your most fabulous self this summer (um, next week) as you slip into your favorite slinky bikini, sundress (or hipster cut offs for you men), or even if you don’t give a crap about how you LOOK in it, we want to help you FEEL your best in whatever your summer outfit of choice is. We all like to eat and sip cocktails so we tend to veer in the sexy mumu direction (is that an oxymoron?). Pretty drinks and BBQ’s are all a part of the warm weather and we would like to give you a few pointers on how to ride through these times without feeling like a stuffed pig.
Cut Carbs. Exercise. Cut Carbs. Exercise. Cut Carbs. Exercise. No joke, this is essential. Plan your week and be aware of the times that you will not be able to do this and be sure to balance the indulgent times with very strict times. If you have two fun events to attend in 5 nights, make sure the other three nights you eat at home and bring your own lunch to work in the days. And NO BEER FOR BREAKFAST (this is key). Did you know that many of our sleek amazing meal delivery clients say that they feel balanced by eating our food exclusively between the times they must indulge? On that note, we have a final hint for you: don’t over indulge. We realize moderation is sometimes difficult but think this way each time you are about to take a bite of something put in front of you, “is this delicious?”. If it is not and you are not stuck on a desert island in an episode of Survivor, don’t eat it. We all have our own unique definition of delicious and we by no means want to tell you what that is, but we live in a time when most of us have access to all kinds of good food. We are fortunate enough to have this freedom, so use it. Don’t eat food that you don’t love.
*this does not mean you should eat EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME just because you think it is delicious.
Anyhow, we think you get the hint.
