Something you should try
MENU FOR WEEK April 18, 2016
We know Fiesta is coming up and this will be difficult, but Tim the Girl has started a new Whole 30 group and we think you should join. If you are not familiar with Whole 30, consider it a short-term nutritional reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system. You can read more about the program HERE and join the group HERE. Instead of being hungover and Fiesta Flabby, why not challenge yourself? We are doing special meal delivery menu for those joining us.
Do you want to enjoy the splendor of the famous Flambeau Parade without the crowds? Join us for our second annual pop up at the Spanish Governor’s Palace in historical Plaza De Armas. O’liva Healthy Local Cuisine & Tasting Room & Tim the Girl have secured the most gorgeous spot on the parade route where you can relax, dine, drink and not be jostled by crowds. Truly a step back in time. We have a group of fabulous chefs who will wine and dine you all night long. Um, and it’s the deal of the century peeps. Tickets: $85 all inclusive. Tickets are going fast, so GET YOURS NOW.
Michael Sohocki of Gwendolyn and Kimura is opening a new pizza place, Il Forno, on Nogalitos, featuring scratch made pizza with house made coppa, proscuitto, pepperoni and other meats. All veggies bought from local farmers. Local beer and wine available. Like them on FB and get a free pizza at their soft opening. MORE
There are still a few tickets left for that big, brassy & bawdy Fiesta event, Cornyation. This non-profit has donated over $1.3M to local charities, so you’ll not only have a great time, but also be doing something good with your money. MORE
