Tim The Girl

I originally worked with Tim to cater a Christmas tea for upwards of 70 ladies for our church in my home. After the event went off without a hitch and I experienced how easy it had been to work with Tim and her staff, my husband and I decided to hire her to cater our holiday Christmas dinner party. We expanded the party this year with over 40 guests attending and Tim was charged with providing delicious passed appetizers, a full dinner and a dessert. The communication prior to the event was easy and Tim quickly made updates, changes and additions based on our requests and preferences. It was great to have her and her staff here early for the party as we felt prepared and ready to go. We have had events catered in the past and this is the first time to have a caterer with Tim and her staff that was easily able to integrate seamlessly with our party as if our own guests were serving the food and quietly cleaning up behind the scenes. The food was delicious – especially the flatbread appetizers and the kale salad was over the top good! We would not hesitate to hire Tim the Girl to cater future events. It is so rare to find someone that produces a great food product while remaining low key and easy to work with at the same time.
