Tonight, Gemini Ink is hosting An Evening of Literary and Wine Samplings as they preview the summer installment of Jim La Villa-Havelin’s yearlong literary trip around the world. This free reception offers literary tastings of each of the international novels that La Villa-Havelin, book lover extraordinaire, will feature in the last four stops of his literary tour. Sip wine, nibble cheeses and finger food, and listen to local writers read from a rich buffet of international writers. MORE

Friday, Space, the Linda Pace Foundation Gallery, will host the public opening reception for the Texas debut of Secondary Stories, a room-sized installation by Brazilian artist Rivane Neuenschwander. Warm weather means it is outdoor movie season. Slab Cinema is offering free films throughout San Antonio from now through December. We are excited about seeing the classic musical West Side Story, May 12th on the glorious restored screen of the old Mission Drive-in. MORE

As always at Tim the Girl, all products are locally sourced, organic when possible and made only with the finest cold pressed oils. We limit the orders to the first 10 to ensure the best possible quality. We do fill up very quickly, so please order early. Simply respond to this email telling us what size you would like. Vegetarian options are available.

Orders due by Friday, April 29 and are based on availability. Delivery is Monday, May 2 between 4-5:30 pm for all food for the week. Inside 410 only. If you live further we can meet you after work at your office or you can pick up.
